Prices are all inclusive including both your tour transport and admission ticket to the Upper Rock Nature Reserve with entry to the sites

You can book a private tour which means the vehicle is just for you, your family or friends with your personal driver, from 1 up to 8 passengers.

Please note that this option is only available for cruise passengers. If you wish to take a semi private sharing tour with other passengers from your cruise you need to open a roll call on Cruise Critics boards , complete and confirm a group of 8 passengers. Once you have completed and confirmed your group of 8 you then contact us to check availability and reserve your vehicle. The sooner you get started on cruise critics and open your roll call the more chance you have in having a vehicle available as it can get real busy with some specific cruises. The two most popular tours with cruisers are Rock Tours Extended 3 hrs and Complete 6 hrs

Your driver or i would meet you on our side of the border once you have crossed and just as you enter on foot. First thing you see when you enter is a red telephone box and a tree, cross the road to your left and your driver will be in a small parking in front of a money exchange bureau. Normally a sign reading your name on the vehicle windscreen. You park your vehicle on the Spanish side of the border. Just across the border on the Spanish side you will find underground parking behind McDonald's & Burger King or beside the border there's an open air parking only make sure to to get into the adjoining border queue lane. You will need to bring your Passport / Europe ID for border control

Your driver or i will meet you at the Cruise Terminal Main Door no where else, first thing you'll see is a sign reading your name Please note sometimes the ships ETA changes , tours start upon the ship's arrival and cleared to disembark except for second seating's.

All tours are usually available every day except for Jan 1st and Dec 25th these two dates is closed. Extended 3 hr tour available everyday. Complete 6 hr tour NOT available on Sunday's. Please note that we have noticed that visitors have been booking their tours quite early with time so its advisable you do too.

Your tour vehicle will be mainly a Mercedes Vito, if these vehicles are already booked other 8 sitter vehicles available (ie) Renault Traffic - Toyota Hiace

Our vehicles have no wheelchair access ramps nor lifts

If your group is over 8 passengers additional vehicles available that would convoy on tour keeping together at all times and at all stops

2 Front passenger seats + Driver's seat - 3 Middle seats - 3 Rear seats - Total 8 passenger seats + driver

We rarely get cancellations though by all means could be the case. Please note that when you confirm your tour reservation we trust that you will show as tour is paid cash on the day. If you wish to cancel your tour where's there's no deposit involved it would really be appreciated that you cancel with well prior notice and not to disrupt our days work and could use the vehicle for another group.
