The Gibraltar tour was probably one of the best and most interesting of all the tours we had on our 10-day Western Mediterranean cruise. John Lopez is a native of Gibraltar and gave us a very informative tour due to his vast knowledge of the history and people. John was very professional, energetic and humorous. He ensured our tour was efficient as possible so we could experience all the important sites in our short amount of time. He was very clear in his directions with us which we greatly appreciated as we like to avoid long lines and crowds whenever possible. I was not expecting a lot from this tour because I did not know much about Gibraltar, but was pleasantly amazed by its beauty, history and the monkeys! Thank you for the memories and best wishes "Pope John of Gibraltar."

John was one of the best tour guides!! He was passionate, knowledgeable, and treated us like royalty on our tour. He grew up in Gibraltar so he had sooo many stories and/or tales which made for a fantastic experience. We would highly recommend John…he is a gem!

Excellent guide. Fun and so full of information. John got us to all the sights early so as not to get tangled in the crowds. Fun guy. We truly enjoyed it and highly recommend. When we go back it will be with John

This is a fabulous insiders perspective on Gibraltar and its wonderful history and sites. John is a wonderful guide and working with him have us the opportunity to see so much more of Gibraltar than we would alone. He knows every nook and cranny and it shows. He is very knowledgeable and kind and this was our favorite experience. My husband and teenage kids were equally thrilled. A must do!

What a great host John Lopez “Jonny” is. Informative, knowledgeable and funny. Took care of us from the moment he met us to when he dropped us off. He gave us good insight into each place we visited before we got there so we were able to get the best from them. His personal story as a native Gibraltarian also really added to our experience of the day. On the face of it the 3 hr tour isn’t cheap but it’s incredibly good value and well worth it. Your visit to Gibraltar will be all the better for having done the tour. Thank you John.

Very thorough and interesting tour

We were fortunate to have John Lopez as our guide, and he escorted our group of eight for a delightful day in Gibraltar. John's van is clean and comfortable (difficult to control when the Barbary apes begin to explore!), and John is an excellent driver. His longstanding relationship with the community allowed us weekend access to one of the sites that was closed to tourists. John paced the tour to the group, and I learned so much about his country. We had a fabulous day, and I would recommend this company without hesitation!

I was lucky enough to be included in this tour with others who had planned it in advance for our day in Gibraltar. The place is facinating and our guide, Paul, did a wonderful job of helping us to see and appreciate all of the sights. I would heartily recommend it to any visitor to "The Rock".
